We do not want a Complete Package, can we only Book a Taxi?
Yes, it is Possible.
Can the Driver speak Hindi or English?
The Drivers can speak in Hindi and Regional Language.
Does the Driver know all the Attractions and Places for Sightseeing?
Yes, all our Drivers are very well versed with the entire region, and they know all the places.
Will the Taxi and Driver be with us always?
Yes, the Taxi and Driver will be at your Service from the Start till the End of the Tour.
Will the Taxi and Driver change during the Tour?
No, the same Taxi and Driver will remain with you throughout the Tour.
Do we have to share the Taxi with other Tourists?
No, the Taxi allotted to you will be exclusively for you.
Can I use the car after 8 pm?
No, we allow the Taxi and Driver till 8 PM only as he must get rest and be ready for the next Day.
Does the Taxi have Roof Carriers for Luggage?
Only Ertiga and Innova Crysta have Roof Carriers, Sedans and Tempo Travelers do not have.
What kind of hotels you provide in the Package?
We provide options of 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-Star Hotels to choose from as per your liking and Budget.
How can I book the Package?
You can Email or Whats App us the Booking Details.
When do I have to pay if I confirm a Package?
50% of the Total Package Cost within 2 Days after confirming, balance 50% Seven Days before the Tour Starts.
How can I make Payment for my Tour?
You can do a Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit in our Bank Account, UPI, Credit Card Link or our Payment Gateway.
What if I cancel my Tour?
We will Refund the amount paid by you as per below cancellation policy Before 30 Days from Tour Start Date - Full Refund 30 - 21 Days from Tour Start Date - 75% refund 21- 14 Days from Tour Start Date - 50% refund 14- 7 from Tour Start Date - Days 25% refund Within 7 days from Tour Start Date - No Refund Please note: We charge 2.5% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.
How can I rely on Assam Holidays?
Assam Holidays is a 15-Year-old Travel Company recognized by India Tourism and Assam Tourism. If Assam Holidays does any kind of Fraud and the matter is reported to the above department their License to operate as a Tour Operator may get cancelled. Also, you may check Google Reviews of Assam Holidays to see what their Guests have to say about them.
Is Vegetarian and Jain Food Available in North East India?
Yes, it is available at all the Tourist Destinations.
What if I do not get a seat for Elephant Safari at Kaziranga?
There are very remote chances of not getting the seat. If however the situation arises then the amount of Elephant Safari will be refunded to you instantly.
How do we get the required Permits?
Inner Line Permit for visiting Arunachal Pradesh will be provided by us. Permit for Bumla (China Border) will have to be obtained by you in person at Tawang.
